Absolutely, horrible service! The pharmacy staff always acts as if filling percriptiond and answering questions is a daunting task. They are so rude there. I had surgery 5days ago. My doctor changed the meds. Shouldn't be a problem to call my doctor or at least me to inform me they won't fill it without further instructions. Nope, they wait until 5pm to inform me there is an issue and I can no longer call my doctor. The attitude that accompanied this experience was well below the basic standards for profession ism. The girl that was working was speaking to my husband as if he were stupid for asking basic questions. Almost repremading him for not knowing the pharmaceutical laws in which she must practice. It's like that everytime I go there.

As a business owner, I know how quick people are to post bad experiences before good and I I can honestly say I have never been into a CVS where somebody has genuinely cared to help me and was happy to help. Mia at the front register was phenomenal and she deserves a Raise you guys are lucky to have her. It is hard to come by a young person today that has that ‘can do’ attitude. Team members like her deserve all the praise and appreciation!!!

Came for a vaccine appointment I had scheduled, lady seemed like I was bothering her and lacked empathy. My insurance changed for the new year and quickly said we don't take that insurance sorry and turned away, without even suggesting where I could go to finish my vaccine treatment. I'd recommend another pharmacy.

Everything went well. The associate was awesome. She helped me download photos that I did not know how to do. She took a time and she was very patient. I want to leave her a tip, but she said she couldn’t take it but she was awesome. Enjoy every moment she shared and helping me fulfill my photos. She was 100% awesome. Please share this with her.

I want to give a special shoutout to the 2 pharmacists Kevin & Aida. These 2 are always consistent & kind & explain things in a professional kind way. Sometimes in the past would get inconsistent answers or an answer or opinion that with some personal knowledge of that field you know is not the exact truth. Consistency goes along way. Even with that in general the staff is nice. If there is any type of recognition program please add Kevin & Aida to that program. Truly great at what they do !
