Shift supervisor Barbara was very very rude to myself and my mother! We needed help locating a couple items as we are couponers. The tall black gentleman on shift was so kind and eager to help us. God bless him. Barbara got upset and smart with him. I stepped in and said he is helping us she rolled her eyes and said somethings. I’m writing this review because he said management doesn’t care. I will no longer be coming here. She lacks patience.

Requested a prescription transfer from Publix before my medication ran out . The staff took the information but no one bothered to do anything with it. I made 4 trips to CVS requesting that someone follow through on the request. They finally made the request after more than a week. Going to have my prescription sent back to Publix the same prescription is 75% more than what it cost at Publix.

Over 30 minutes past appointment time at CVS Health and have not seen a single human being. Pharmacy said "just wait." Someone called for assistance over the loud speaker 10 minutes ago and nothing has happened yet. Making an appointment doesnt seem to matter and the only kiosk to check in or make an appointment is difficult to use. There are 4 other people waiting with appointments now

Hello, I placed an online order for pickup last night with the intention of picking it up today. The order included eight common items. However, I received a notification stating that all of the items were out of stock. I am currently in the store and have been able to locate and purchase every item that was marked as unavailable less than 20 minutes ago. This suggests that the order was not fulfilled rather than the items truly being out of stock. If staff are unable or unwilling to complete online pickup orders, the system should not allow customers to place them. Retailers such as Walmart and Target have set a clear standard for reliable pickup services, and I believe CVS should work to meet those expectations. Thank you.

Doctor Meg… The Pharmacist was extremely helpful and prompt today with consulting me on a medicine prescribed by my other doctor. I am pregnant and Meg’s professionalism and warm demeanor made this entire process less stressful because of her willingness to help and educate 🤍
