I really love this place, until I come up to get a quick sleeping med and this lady with short hair says they close at 11:50 p.m. I hope that they don't pay her like she works and closes the store until 12:00 a.m. as they are posted on the door (see pictures). I will be calling in the morning and reporting this to corporate. They don't understand the inconvenience they put on the customer. I left my house at 1140pm because I am 6 minutes away. I was outside the doors at 1145 or so, not 1150, so I also don't lie to.

Used to be a great pharmacy. It has been steadily declining for the past 6 months. You have 7 employees 1 working drive thru 1 pharmacy dr 1 employee checking out customers and that same person is having to do the questions and drop off as well. That leaves 4 people back there who were just talking to employee is doing all this alone. No reason for you to have 7 employees back there and it was not busy only had 2 people in front of us to check out and there was 3 people in drop off and questions line. It is getting ridiculous not having multiple registers opened when you have enough people there to open up the other 2 registers and yall obviously do not care about customer service or know how to train people properly to run each different zone they work in pharmacy. Do not recommend unless you like dealing with long wait times when it is not busy and dpnt mind waiting longer times because employee does not even know how to do job correctly

Waited almost 2 hours for an appointment. Insurance was submitted upon requesting an appointment. When we went back for the exam, they said our insurance expired the day before, which it had not. We went to Avencia down the street and were in and out within 30 mins. Picked up our prescription at the CVS next door and they were much more professional. We won’t be wasting our time at the CVS Minute Clinic.

If I could do 0 I would after years of using Walgreens we just moved on this side and this pharmacy was close. Big mistake. My 8 month old had a prescription for an ear infection . Dropped it off yesterday and picked it up. However when I got the medicine which was a total of 125mg a big bottle the instructions were to give my baby 118 mg fro not for 10 days but fro 10 days. I'm not even licensed and saw that that was an issue with the dosage. So I was suppose to give my baby the whole dang bottle. So I called they put it on the hospital saying that's what they wrote but the hospital emailed me the exact prescription which included the correct amount. Then one girl told me sometimes they have other ppl outside their store do fills. Excuse me so I talk to the pharmacist who I state aren't you licensed how is it that this did not raise a flag to you but did to me. Going back to Walgreens . Do not recommend at all. Very unsafe first you can't spell for and have all the excuses in the world. Sorry play with someone else baby NOT MINE

Getting my ADHD medicine is always a hassle. My ADHD does not go away and having to go days without my medication sometimes is extremely frustrating. First I’m told it will be ready same day, then the next day, then the same day. There is no accountability for errors or explanations from the pharmacists
