Perseverance a month ago

The front staff is amazing. Always a warm smile and welcome. I live down the street and never came in and really took advantage of the pharmacy. So today was the day. Zoya is amazing. She greeted me when I came to transfer my medicine from walgreens and within the hour my scripts were ready and she was ready to answer any questions. I will continue to come here and cant wait to build the old fashioned customer experience that zoya provided me today

I would give 0 stars if I could. Sam at the pharmacy should lose his job. I work at a healthcare provider office and have spoken with him multiple times this evening to just get a fax number to send a script to. He was rude and I could barely speak a letter before rudely hanging up each time. Multiple members from the office called and had same experience. I feel really bad for Sam’s home life if he’s that upset about simply giving a fax number out.

I only go through the drive thru because I am disabled so thank you so much for ALWAYS HAVING THE WINDOW OPEN! That is very important! Everyone is always very helpful. The pharmacists are nice and so are the techs. Thank you guys.

3 stars for most experiences being nuts. Also, shoutout to the clearance section for stocking our pantry (and prepping portion of the garage) with raw nuts that for a year and counting. Can confirm nuts say and taste fresh, not expired.

So thankful it was 24 hours. We vacationers at Jax Beach and the kids got sick. Everything was closed and we happily 20 min
