Compliments and gratitude to Angel who was working the front register tonight. I'd limped in with a badly injured ankle and she could not have been kinder in helping me find what I needed in the pain relief aisle. And when I started to use the self checkout register, she quickly came over and checked me out herself. It doesn't seem like a big deal, but when you're in pain and struggling to balance on one foot, even a small kindness is much appreciated. Exactly what customer service is supposed to be about, but too often isn't these days. Thanks Angel doing it right.

This location consistently fails to provide basic medical supplies needed to fulfill prescriptions. This is my fourth time picking up testosterone, and every time they don’t have syringes or needles in stock. I shouldn’t have to drive across the street to another pharmacy just to complete my prescription. This is standard, necessary equipment—not optional items. Management needs to address this ongoing issue and ensure patients can actually receive everything they need in one visit.

Store manager Loretta is extremely rude and unprofessional!! I came in with a return, asked her to look up receipt on my extra care account, said very rudely “we don’t do that” like I was stupid. She told me she can look it up under the card I used to pay, so I told her I used my Apple Pay and can tap using it to look up purchase. She argued with me that that wouldn’t work, said I have to insert a card. Told her that wouldn’t work because Apple Pay is a unique number that won’t match any card! Again, she was VERY rude in her responses to me. As if I’m stupid (I’m a 47 woman and have returned items using Apple Pay before so I knew I was correct). I was insistent so I finally just tapped my Apple Pay and guess what?! I was RIGHT - it came up and I got my money returned! But not without MORE ATTITUDE from this very unprofessional manger!! As I walked away she says loudly “I hope you have a better rest of your day!” sarcastically. So I said it back to her and she yelled “ACTUALLY I WAS HAVING A GREAT DAY TIL U CAME IN!” WOW - what a professional STORE MANAGER! No wonder this CVS has TERRIBLE Google reviews !!!!

I called three days in a row and did not get a call back. CVS is the worst pharmacy ever they don’t even answer the phone for their Customers. If I can give it zero stars I would I’m a nurse. So I know about being overwhelmed and overworked.All I wanted to do was transfer my prescriptions because my insurance is covered through CVS pharmacy. I would rather pay full price and not use my healthcare insurance then to deal with CVS so that’s what I did. At least Walmart picks up the phone for their customers THIS IS Horrible And the awful part about it is it was a pharmacist that’s a shame March 4, 2026 9 AM

This is the absolute worst pharmacy in the area. The blonde female pharmacy tech who was working on 9/22/25 at 4:36 p.m. has the nastiest attitude. I wonder why she is working with the public at all. Walgreens is much better. They are more considerate and kind.
