First time visiting. Was quick and easy . Service clerk was amazing. I had called by phone for a bottle of cologne that the Dunn ave location didn't have. This location had it pulled it for me. I was able to get in and out with no issues. ❤️🦋

Visited the Duval Station Minute Clinic today and had an awesome experience even though I was feeling awful! Merna Albury, NP was wonderful! Patient, personable yet professional! I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. It was the best visit I've had in a medical facility in a very long time! Highly recommend this clinic and especially Merna!

We had a sports physical 8/20 at 6pm….wish I could remember the provider’s name….I want to say Myrna? She was exceptional!! And I feel so badly, because I made a point to look at her name badge several times so that I wouldn’t forget, but now too many days have passed. First, I was worried we wouldn’t be see at our appointment time because when we arrived, the waiting room was FULL. I eventually learned that those waiting were walk-ins because they started talking amongst themselves and asked me if I had an appointment. So kudos to Minute Clinic for honoring our appointment. We were seen exactly at 6! The provider then was so nice and friendly and engaging with my son. I didn’t have paperwork for a sports physical from a different county (didn’t even know this was an issue!) but she helped me research and figure out what was needed to make sure my kid was able to make the team on time. I have nothing but gratitude for Minute Clinic for always coming through! This was not our normal location….but came here because our local clinic didn’t have any appointment availability. Glad to find such consistent care no matter the location :) keep up the great work

I see why this location has 2.8 stars. If you're able - you should get your prescriptions filled at the Walgreens up the street. We arrived at the Drive-thru pharmacy just at 1:00pm to pick-up a single prescription that we were notified was ready for pick-up. I know this because I started texting someone as soon as we pulled into the drive-thru line. There was a few people in front of us who flowed through fairly fast; but then the guy in-front of us was taking a LONG time, I could see him and the pharmacy tech chatting about something before she hands out multiple shopping bags through the window and then chats again for a few more minuets. That's when I noticed the small sign hanging next to the drive-thru window stating that the pharmacy would be closed between 1:30 and 2:00pm for lunch. By the time the guy in front of me pulls away it's just after 1:30 and I though for sure they wouldn't close after clearly seeing us sitting there for the last 30+ minuets waiting on them to finish. But just as we pull up the gate closes. We honk the horn and they just look at us through the grate. My wife goes inside to talk to the Store manager but was pretty much told there's nothing they can do and maybe the pharmacy didn't see us sitting there (which I know they did cause I made eye contact with the Pharmacy tech through the mirror in the drive-thru). The manager then told us that we can get it delivered through the app. Extremely upset that we just wasted 30 minuets waiting in their drive through while the pharmacy tech and last customer chatted we decided to just get it shipped... what CVS didn't tell us is that it costs $10 to have it delivered. I will never use this CVS again - the last few times I've been there it's been extremely slow - both inside and in the drive-thru. There's been times I've had to wait over an hour to pick-up a prescription that my Dr. office had called in earlier in the day. My wife still uses this CVS; but I've switched to the Walgreens down the road and haven't had any issues like we do with this CVS. Needless to say; my wife is moving all her prescriptions to Walgreens too.

The automated phone system is horrible and when you finally reach a live person they don’t know how to transfer you to the correct department. If you need to reach someone by phone just call Walmart pharmacy or the Walgreens up the road
