I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent customer service experience at your store. I stopped in to purchase a special cleansing product required for an upcoming surgery. Wanting to ensure I selected the correct item, I waited patiently in line. When it was my turn, I informed the associate behind the counter that I had a question. Before I could finish speaking, she abruptly cut me off and rudely pointed, instructing me to go “over there” for questions. I complied, assuming another associate would assist me; however, the same employee approached me again and continued to speak in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. My question could have easily been answered at the counter, yet instead I was rushed, brushed off, and treated as though I were an inconvenience. When I asked if there were alternative options, I was told curtly that it was “whatever is on the shelf,” without any effort to help. What was most troubling is that after being dismissive, the associate then asked personal questions about my surgery—something that felt inappropriate given the lack of professionalism shown moments earlier. This experience was upsetting, especially considering the circumstances surrounding a medical procedure. Customers should not feel rushed, disrespected, or uncomfortable when asking a simple question—particularly when it concerns their health. I expect better from CVS. There are many individuals who would represent your company with courtesy, professionalism, and basic respect. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed appropriately, as no customer should leave feeling the way I did.

Actually useless staff? I waited for almost 20 minutes hitting a button that played "customer needs assistance" loudly multiple times; thankfully one of the pharmacy techs went to find the dude who was just sitting around up front. Like, bro, I just want to buy something.

We spent a night in Jacksonville, Fla, on our way home from Ft. Lauderdale. We needed to replenish a few items after an 8-day cruise. We were greeted, and easily found everything we needed in stock! The store is very clean, neat and well organized! Thank you!!!

I went to self checkout with my one item and it immediately stopped the transaction after I scanned my item and Extra Care card, and called for help. I didn't call for help. I was being profiled. The employee came over and asked how many items I had after I told him I did not need help and didn't call for help. I have never been asked that at any CVS. In the moment I didn't realize he was profiling me for theft. This was my first and most likely last time in this CVS.

I shop every time with my work bag I have no problem expect tonight a dark skin Jamaican guy named Phil told me it was a no bag policy and he have threatened me with the cops but I seen everybody with a bag with his color he have no problem with it. He need to get fired immediately. It called camera if they steal something with a bag. All I was doing my job for shopping for a customer.
