I had a very frustrating experience at the CVS on Dunn Ave today. I waited about 10 minutes in the drive-thru line, and when I finally got to the window, I asked to apply a GoodRx code to my prescription. The employee at the window (I believe her name was Maryann) told me I would need to come inside because it “takes time” to process. I explained that I was on my lunch break and trying to move quickly, and that in all my years using CVS, I’ve never been told I couldn’t apply a discount at the drive-thru. Instead of helping, she told me they would be closing for lunch soon and asked if I wanted to come inside and wait in another line or come back later. That is not reasonable. If I’ve already waited in line and reached the window, I shouldn’t be told to start over because it’s inconvenient for staff. I went inside to speak with the manager, Anil, but he was dismissive and unhelpful. He didn’t address my concerns and simply told me to contact corporate. Overall, this was poor customer service and a disappointing experience. I expect better communication and basic accommodation, especially when customers are already waiting in line.

Kelly was rude hung up on me I then called back asked for a manager and she said I am one I said may I speak to another manager and she was quiet for awhile then said hold o was and currently is on hold Now for 14 minutes I got my other phone and I did call The store where it was picked up by a Brittany she came on the line and was helpful. Great Customer service should be taught everyday and you attitude and problems should be left outside your work Doors Kelly!!

I necessarily did not go to c. V. S actually, I went to Publix in the plaza, I just happened to part in front of c. V s because it was an open parking space, but you know, c vs is a very good pharmacy. They move a lot quicker than the Walgreens. So yes , I would recommend if someone had to deal with a quick pharmacy c , v , s , and I love their over the counter products

I was actually shopping in this CVS for toiletries. While shopping, my 10 yr old stated she had to use the restroom. We asked the cashier is the restroom open and she stated we needed to ask the supervisor. I asked Kelly, caucasian woman(I believe) she had on a long bonnet, could my daughter use the restroom. Kelly says it’s store policy that the restrooms are locked until 7am the next day. I told Kelly ma’am my daughter is on her monthly cycle can she please use the restroom. Kelly refused to let my daughter use the restroom. Kelly’s words were if you’re going back home then she can wait. I asked Kelly well do you wait until 7 am to use the restroom. She had no response. This is how you treat paying customers let alone kids. Unacceptable. I would put 0 stars

I love that this store is 24/7! Not many stores are. They have an employee by the name of Brittany who is awsome and she went above and beyond to help me a couple days ago when I had an issue with a coupon. Thank you Brittany!
