I don't know her name, but one of the associates helped me jump start my car and very patiently and very kindly explained to me how to do it because I hadn't done it before. Thank you, whoever you are!!! They also happened to have one set of jumper cables left on the shelf, which was a relief because I should have purchased some a while ago.

Went in to buy something, while there I had to use the rr and the cashier said I had to wait until she helped every customer in line, there was about 7 ppl in line. I got in line when it was my turn she went to unlock the door. She wasn't very nice.

I couldn’t tell if the assistance button was working and accidentally hit it several times. It was super embarrassing because Joshua walked over after the first ring over the speaker to assist me! Genuinely fantastic customer service (:

Don’t even come if you need passport photos. This location camera doesn’t work. UPDATE: I went in there, asked for the associate to help me with passport photos, and she told me the camera was broken. All of this after waiting for her because she went to assist another customer giving the customer a locked in product. Which makes me think this branch is understaffed

Savannah, Gabriel, and Joshua were some of the best associates Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Each of them were super helpful, joked around with me, qnd overall made my trip to this location super enjoyable. I live on the other side of Dallas and I was over here for business when I had to drop in for something on my way home. They made me feel welcome and helped me get everything I need. Absolutely delightful crew, they deserve some recognition for their hard work because they were absolutely holding that store down. I'll be back again just for their vibe.
