Store Manager Damion could not have been more rude or less compassionate to a sick customer who had been waiting through more than a half an hour just at the checkout counter trying to get the coupons attached to the purchase. No, he told me that I needed to be more understanding! As I stood there and sniffled.

CVS on Meadows and 75 is a great store. The employees are very helpful. It’s very clean every time I’m in there. The pharmacist Rhonda is very nice and helpful.

We were in the Store on Thanksgiving. We got some frozen foods. Store is well stocked. However me being Diabetic has to use the Restroom 🚻 immediately. I was told that there's no Restrooms for the Public. But wait a minute I am a customer shopping in the Store and I have an emergency. I Restroom. I had to run to a Gas station. CVS must open up Restrooms, there has always been Men and Women Restrooms open to Customers in many of the CVS stores I have been to. Why not at this Store ? Very disappointing.

Open 24 hrs. Older gentleman that works in the evening and overnight is chill and helpful.

Worst customer service experience I've had in years! I put in an online order to have 112 photos printed and set them for same day pickup. They were estimated to be ready 10/3 at 9:42 p.m. They didn't have them ready for pickup until 10/4 at 3:28 p.m. 42/112 photos were either bent or scratched, or both. I asked the damaged ones reprinted and Alexandra said, "We don't see anything wrong with them!" I kindly and calmly said, "You didn't pay for them. I did, and I would like the damaged ones reprinted." Alexandra proceeded to give me all kinds of attitude and made smart remarks to her co-worker and the cop, even after I asked her to please stop with the attitude because I had just put my dog down and that's what the photos were for. She said, "Just because you put your dog down doesn't mean you can come in here and take it out on me!" I had to leave the store because I could not handle another moment of her disrespect. It's an absolute shame that this is a level of customer service that's become acceptable. I will never shop here again.
