The experience with this store was disappointing. I ordered a photo book online and it stated the estimated time of pick up would be 11:35. When I called around noon a female staff member answered and said it was not ready and nobody would potentially start the photo book until 3:30-4:00pm. So, I proceeded to call at 4:30 and (JEFF) answered the phone. Jeff is very rude and lacks customer service skills. He seemed irritated when I asked him about the time the photobook would be ready. He only stated that he would start trying to finish it, and the photos were printed only. He then called me back to tell me that they didn't have the book they needed to complete my order. So, when I asked what would be done with the pics - he told me they would just shred them (which are very personal pictures of my wedding and my children being born). He didn't offer to get the photobook from a sister location and make the situation better. So, I called Pete the manager and he was very apologetic. He excused Jeffs behavior and said that he is very monotone and needs to work on his people skills. Pete told me that he would try to find the photobook at a sister location and call me back. After about an hour, I called the store back to check on the status of the order. The female employee answered and told me to hold, so she could go get Pete. Pete didn't answer the line, and Jeff picked up the line again and very rudely told me we don't have the supplies for your order. So, I called back again to ask for Pete and the female staff told me that she was sorry because she originally told Jeff to get Pete and he took it upon himself to answer the phone and be rude again. She then told me that she was going to put me on hold and get Pete herself and ended up hanging up on me. This incident occurred yesterday and I still have not received one update or call from Pete the manager. Ironically, the previous bad review is about a customer not receiving his photos. Upper management needs to intervene and address the customer service issues with this entire staff. I have to find another place to fulfill my order now and start completely over. CVS should not offer services if their employees are not cross trained to complete the order and they should be more mindful of their inventory.

Nobody in this store speaks horrible customer service have made complaints after complaints. If you intend to come to this store don’t look for any help or customer service sucks. The employees are rude and act like they are non-verbal unless they are conversing with one another. I miss Ed the best store manager this store has ever had and Jon the district manager is horrible in leadership I see nothing has changed for the better with this store. We deserve better

I shop at this CVS all the time, the customer service is outstanding and everyone is so friendly. The techs and the pharmacies are always busy but they make sure I am taken care of as quickly as possible. The store is big and it's always clean.

The store is typically clean and the staff is usually pleasant. They are always very kind to my service animal. Customer service workers are not appreciated enough! Thank you all and the pharmacy techs are usually quick and pleasant as well!!!

I shop here a lot using coupons to save. All the sudden today this location won’t take my manufacturers coupons and wouldn’t even get a leader or manager to help. Sucks because it’s in my neighborhood. Waste of my time - they also won’t answer the phone if you ever need assistance.
