Deanna was the best! I went in early in the morning and was a mess 🤦🏽‍♀️ she was so patient with me and help me out. Extremely kind and helpful. I know she was in the middle of training, but still took time to help me figure things out. Thank you!

I came in for a vaccine and was impressed with the entire experience. Booking through the app was so easy. I arrived and checked in and 6 minutes later, I was leaving. The store was very clean and organized. The pharmacy experience was great! Very efficient. Thank you! I have been using a competitor pharmacy for years and the experience elsewhere has been chaotic and frustrating. I am switching to CVS.

CeCe always provides excellent customer service. Cece is very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. There's a CVS closer to my home, but I prefer this location due to the great customer service and experience I've had while shopping. This location is definitely worth the distance

I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable service I received at your CVS pharmacy location today. This afternoon, I received a text message stating that my prescription was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived, I was told it was not ready and was asked to return in an hour. I returned at approximately 4:30 PM, only to be given a different medication than the one I was expecting. When I explained that the medication provided was not the correct prescription and not a refill, the staff member simply told me to come back again without resolving the issue. When I returned later, a pharmacist (an Asian woman) rushed to the window and raised her voice at me, blaming me for not knowing how to order my medication. This behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and entirely unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of organization, the misinformation regarding my prescription, and the rude treatment I received. This experience has eroded my trust in your pharmacy’s ability to provide reliable and respectful service. I expect a formal apology and assurance that such issues will be addressed to prevent other customers from enduring similar treatment. Please investigate this matter and take appropriate action to improve your staff’s professionalism and customer service. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Great customer service. The pharmacy is good. I love going there because the employees are very nice.
