The young black girl cashier was too busy playing on her phone that she couldn't be bothered to pay attention to me when I was trying to pick up my online order. First she just looked at me and she said "what chu want" then then she responded unclearly with something that didn't even sound like English. Then as I was scanning the order she looked up from her phone as if I had distracted her and she said you can go ahead and go now and then she saw I was still trying to scan the barcode and I didn't consider that to be very professional customer service. In fact I felt it was rather rude and it didn't make me feel like a valued customer. I don't think she genuinely appreciated my business and she wasn't happy to serve me.

Over priced inventory & due to needing to literally get self/child out of a very toxic home, I did need to, suddenly, after 8 years change pharmacy & did 3 times... Settled here. Doctor did not even change, but about the 5th time I refilled my seizure medication, here, after being stable they refused to fill it. That's ethical, put seizure patients at risk. Go to the Kroger who will fill your meds unless its actually suspicious & does not charge $12 for essential Store branded 18 pack of diapers. Rude and assumed me and my BABY were drug seeking because seizure meds? Also garbage area... They do not care.If people hang out in the parking lot with crack pipes and then harass the customers.

I’m pretty sure that the CVS sees more crime than most so I really appreciate them hiring a security guard. But I especially appreciate the security guard that was working September 30 around 6:30 PM. I am eight months pregnant and he followed me outside and watched me get to my car without me even asking to make sure I left safely and I didn’t get a chance to say thank you but It made me feel so much safer!

What a ridiculous store, terrible shopping experience, every single thing is locked up it takes 45 minutes to get 3 products. Active crime happening while I was there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS what a waste of time

So close to the children's hospital. We needed a refill on our blood pressure meds, and they came in clutch. P.s. you need a key to use the restrooms 🚻 😉
