Dumpster level customer service. Had CVS prescription transferred to this location from the S May location. Employee didn't verify that the 119th location had. Employee at 119th gave me a number for a CVS in Moore and told me to call and confirm they have it. Let me repeat: the employee who works for the company and can see the inventory told me, a customer, to call and verify another location has the prescription. Absolutely incredible level of apathy and garbage customer service. Throw the whole store out.

After reading bad reviews, I thought I'd still give them a chance. I found they were mostly helpful until today. Wow, Felicia was extremely rude and unwilling to listen. Actually, responded by yelling across the room to tell me to take my feedback online or to call the toll-free number. I hoping she doesn't always act out like that and maybe she was just having a bad day.

Had a question about a drug and got excellent advice from the pharmacist. Also, the store had buy one get one so it was a very good visit. I got my questions answered and great product value as well.

Worst service ever. The pharmacist is so rude. He needs some customer service training or he should not deal with the public. We have used CVS for years, but will be changing pharmacies..I am a nurse and I pray I never make a patient feel the way does. He needs to realize some of the community he works with is very ill.

AVOID FOR COVID-19 TESTING!! My wife and I scheduled an Antigen Rapid Test for a Cruise and we arrived 5 minutes early (9:15am) and waited.. and waited.. and waited.. finally after 45 minutes, I got ahold of the Pharmacy (via 3 phone calls) and they put me on hold for 10 minutes. They came back to tell me everyone’s appts had been cancelled and that we needed to reschedule. So, after 100 minutes, we received an email saying our appt was cancelled. Unbelievable! Do not use these guys and go to a clinic or somewhere reliable. Save yourself time and headache.
