Do not go here. I had previously been using CVS for years until one day I was accused of stealing. So I left for a year and came back and I've had some success with getting my prescriptions for a little bit but not a whole lot due to their automated messaging system. I really wish I could just talk to a real person whenever I call. That's the whole point of using a phone is to talk to a person and not a computer. I prefer to use Walmart now because they are nicer and cheaper

So I came in this morning to deposit $25 on my onepay card, which is free to do. When I got home and check the balance on it, it only show $20 was added on it. So I guss pocketed the 5 and only deposit $20. That is a crime. Do not go to this cvs because they steal from you and I'm calling cvs corporate, going to call on monday and talk to gm and going to call the cops. Lady should know it was caught on camera doing this to.

1 of 2 CVS in OKC that I sought photo printing for some Mother’s Day items. Both claimed they had trouble printing the foldable cards I purchased online. The truth is, I came in after I was tired of waiting for a response only to hear them say they didn’t know “how” to print foldable cards. Why you would sell a service when you cannot produce is beyond me.

The pharmacy staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. My prescription is still not ready. They claim it hasn't been sent in yet. My Doctor sent me photo evidence that it was sent on the 21st of November. My Doctor went ahead and canceled it, resent it yesterday, and still no response from the pharmacy that they have received it. This pharmacy is notorious for this. Prescriptions are never filled on time or they claim it "hasn't been sent."

Typical good selection of products, open late and feels safe. Friendly people, welcoming atmosphere. I'm including a picture from the front of the store looking out. Fun view of Route 66, awesome to see a variety of beautiful vehicles pass by. 😀 Clean parking lot, well lit, and safe.
