Consistently CVS. Pharmacy staff, especially Mary are very helpful long term employees who go the extra mile. The pharmacy takes a planned complete break 1:30-2. Required by the employer so they really get a lunch. Easy to get to. They do deliver. Glad this is my CVS for years. And they have Haagen Daz ice cream, Paul Mitchell hairspray, seasons fun and varied things,lots of in stock make up and lipstick. There's self check. Oh, and they have a new series of paper back books all about interesting facts on Oklahoma, most (. these are full books,like 100 pages) are written by famous locals , with photos nostalgia, and trivia on stuff you may have never heard of but elders love this stuff!

Sara is super nice and extremely professional. I do not like the fact that the pharmacy "screens" their calls. They have a new "process" where you have to leave a message and someone from the pharmacy will call you back. I think this is silly. I don't want my telephone calls screened, if the store doesn't have enough staff... hire more! Hire a person who can mandate the phone and answer the questions that the public/consumers have. Thumbs down CVS! These chain pharmacies are the worse. Sara has to be the saving grace of this CVS pharmacy because if it wasn't for her... I would take my business else where!

The pharmacy techs still prescriptions here. I was told that a prescription was not paid for by insurance when I tried to pick it up, so I did not pick it up. In reality, the insurance paid for the prescription but I never recieved it and now I have to wait for insurance to pay for another prescription. I will not be filling here anymore and will be filing a claim on this CVS and the employee.

Pros: minute clinic, vaccinations, helpful employees, open 24hrs I scheduled my 2 dose covid19 vacation via the cvs website. The process was quick and user-friendly. The minute clinic is always fast and convenient avoiding waiting rooms! I've used the clinic for testing and vaccinations and both times were easy breezy interactions. The staff is always friendly. I like that CVS is always a quick convenient stop. I mostly stop in for personal care items or even grocery items in a pinch.

No one in the store knows how to use the computer system and will just say “that’s too bad” when THEY make mistakes. The pharmacy employees are dismissive and careless and would rather see you suffer than do their jobs correctly. Do not visit this location.
