CVS on SW 44th Street in Oklahoma City was a convenient stop for basic pharmacy items, health products, beauty supplies, and a few household essentials. The store was easy to find, and I liked having options for in-store shopping, pickup, and delivery. It worked well for grabbing quick items without needing to go to a larger store. The selection was useful, though the service and checkout experience could be a little more consistent during busy times. Overall, it was a practical drugstore for everyday needs, prescriptions, and quick errands.

Easy to find products. However, cause of theft almost everything is locked up and they short handed so you wait to get your products . Then you feel rushed when you want to read about the product and the employee stands and looks at you. The store is very dirty as well. Carpet is nasty and shelves are dirty

It is clear that CVS cannot keep track of my insurance information from one month to the next. I have never had to deal with an unprofessional pharmacy in my entire life. If you use CVS please be careful if they can't even keep track of my insurance info they probably aren't keeping your HIPPA safe. I would recommend finding a new pharmacy all together like am. Being new to the area hopefully I can find a pharmacy that is more professional than this CVS. These pharmacist and their staff would be a joke if it wasn't so serious of a matter now I just think it is sad. Good luck to anyone who continues using this pharmacy

If I could give you 0 stars I would. Your answering machine is one of the worse I have ever tried to deal with. I asked to talk to the pharmacy and was told they did not have a person over make up and perfume. At this store. How does pharmacy sound like make up and perfume. Oh I guess perfume and pharmacy both start with a P. I get most of my medication from Walmart. The only thing I get from CVS is a narcotic pain medication. I am elderly and disabled. The pharmacy has never showed any concern. I am on Oxygen and they told me to use Vaseline on a sore in my nose, that has been caused by the nasal canola. The Walmart pharmacist told me using Vaseline could cause a fire in my nose. Walmart does not fill my narcotics meds but the pharmacist told me that he knew that I take the narcotics for pain and he gave me Narcan free of charge.He knows I have some confusion. CVS pharmacist has never even asked. I called your pharmacy because my Dr. office sent them a prescription that should have went to Walmart. I tried to call to see if you guys had my current insurance. I use good rx for the pain medication. I had to leave a message and was told they would call me within an hour. It has been 3 hours so far

I have a prescription stuck at their pharmacy, they hung up before even saying hello. My insurance company can't even get through to them. Very frustrating, I need my prescription so I can go back to work! You guys are negligent.
