I visited CVS for business purposes and was respectfully informed by an employee that filming was not permitted. I understood and complied, discontinued recording, and continued shopping without any cameras. Shortly after, I was advised that the manager stated we were not allowed to make purchases and were asked to leave the store, despite my intention to buy diaper rash cream for my 2-year-old. Being denied the ability to shop after complying with store policy is unacceptable, and I believe this situation reflects discriminatory treatment. I will be escalating the matter to corporate and pursuing further action. I have a full video, and photos. Thank you CVS this may mean more than my short video.

This CVS is probably my favorite CVS in Norman because they always have the specific items Im looking for in stock so I place most of my pick up orders at this store. They're also the only location in Norman that still carries perfumes and colognes behind the counter. Good customer service can be hit or miss here. They have a couple employees that are always happy to help and then they have some that are not friendly or helpful at all.

Usually when I go things can seem hectic. But I had great help from a manager named Greg. He was very helpful in explaining how to help with the photos and how I can make holiday cards online to pick up at the store!! He is very kind and very insightful! Hopefully when I go again I see him!!

This store is an absolute joke. Adam and kory I have serious attitude issues and should never be in a customer service role. It looks like CVS promoted kory which is insane. You guys deserve less than the 2.6 stars you have. So many of us in Brookhaven have switched because of those two.

I will never return to this location—ever. “Adam” (I’m assuming that’s his name, based on all the negative reviews) is, without a doubt, the worst customer service employee I’ve ever encountered. He constantly complains about working there, is completely unhelpful, and is consistently rude to every customer. When someone needs assistance, he sighs loudly and acts aggressively. Today, my partner and I went to make a purchase, and a coupon wasn’t working. When we asked “Adam” if he could apply the coupon—after showing him proof that it was valid both in the app and the weekly ad—he pretended not to know how, despite another employee explaining the process to him. To make matters worse, he took my partner’s phone and looked through it without their permission, which is highly inappropriate. I strongly recommend avoiding this location if possible.
