Pharmacy - went to pick up an order of medication at 1:20pm. Was told by pharmacist Jelani that it’s not ready yet. Tells me to come back after 3pm because he’s going on break from 1:30pm - 3pm. I told him I’ll wait if he could just fill it before he goes to break. He then looks and said “oh we DONT have those medication.” I asked of he can send the prescription to another location, he said “No we don’t do that”. Worst service I’ve ever had. If you’re just lazy and don’t want to do the work, you shouldn’t be there.

The employees at this pharmacy are so kind and helpful! The last thing I need to stress about is getting my sons prescriptions and they make it seamless!

My doctor changed my antidepressant 8/30. I have been trying since then to pick up. Had a problem with insurer due to husband’s death 5/23, very nice Asian lady said I would have to talk with insurance, Monday was holiday, talked w/them 9/3, they called pharmacy but couldn’t get through, so I went there with a phone #. Pharmacist rude, said she was busy and I should check back tomorrow. I tried to see if she would take care of this one script (there were 4). Rude again. Sorry they are short handed but I was looking for some relief. Meanwhile I get text messages on my phone to get scripts.

No Holiday hours posted and a number of people were waiting at 9 and looks like it may open at 10 on December 24☹️

I am very dissatisfied with this pharmacy. last week my significant other had back surgery and when she got out on Wednesday the doctor ordered some pain medication to this pharmacy. I went to pick it up and they told me they did not have it and it would be in tomorrow and I'd be able to pick it up tomorrow afternoon. she had enough to get through the day so it was okay. I went there again to pick up the prescription. they did not call or say a word and they told me we don't have it and it will be in tomorrow. they knew she had back surgery. did not attempt to call to even let her know that she the museum should contact the doctor to see about getting it elsewhere. ended up taking her to the emergency room to get a shot. contacted the doctor the next day. they would not answer our phone calls or his phone call and he had to send them a nasty note then were able to get the prescription. if it's life and death don't count on them
