Vlad has always been professional and easy to talk to! He's always smiling and cheerful! I could keep going but no need... we have only came here the last 3+ years. Keep it up!

I can’t say enough about the friendly customer service I’ve received at this Pharmacy. As I walked up to the counter, there was someone waiting for me with a big smile! When I was done with my purchase, he actually wished me a good evening! I transferred my medication from the Pharmacy I have used for many years, to this Pharmacy. The price was much lower and they added on a coupon! First time I’ve experienced that at any Pharmacy.

The pharmacy team was awesome. They were very informative about the maintenance scripts and how they will be automatically filled when they are due. I had 11 that were transferred and updated meds, so thank you for keeping me posted on the time line.

Catherine and Vladimir have shown unprofessional attidtudes towards patience including nyaelf today. Catherine had made a note wednesday the 19th stating I was rude and to refuse service because i asked clarifying questions about my medication. I got a voicemail from Vladimir this morning saying he is canceling my medication and assumes i can go to another location He refuses me service off of hear say from Catherine the day previous due to me asking what her name was and asking clarifying questions! I was labeled as rude and to refuse service to me becuase I asked CLARIFYING QUESTIONS ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH MEDICATIONS. I have a recorded conversation today with vladmir where he states he I havent took generic medication making assumptions about my past and current experiences. and assumed the ones he had to offer were not the brand he said over the phone. His co worker katie was able to order my specific brand of medication i have a voicemail where she asked to proceed ordering the brand i needed. Profits over the patient's needs Vladmir (manager) refuses to order the brand of medication I need to function in his words becuase hes got to get rid of what is in stock. Ultimatley was never treated with such disrespectful behavior by health care professionals untill i spoke with Catherine 2-19-2025 she claimed i was rude because i asked questions about my brand of medication and then asked her name if There are cameras you can see my demeanor i wasnt near rude or vulgar nor disrespecrful. I wasnt asked to leave or escorted it was Catherine negative judgment and poor additude and unprofessionalism. She couldnt answer my questions so I was labeled as rude!!! And refused service ultimately. Vladimir claims he cant special order med if it effects his profits and inventory the opposite of the voicemail i received from katie. I was 100 percent discriminated against for the color of my skin at CVS target 132nd maple leaving me without needed daily medication.

Vladimir N Ebong is unprofessional, extremely rude and unable to answer simple questions in regards to the mental health medication he has been prescribing me. Of course this all stems from The Young woman I believe she's a Hispanic lady who told me her name was Catherine. When I went to pick up my prescription Wednesday February 19th 2025, she was the only one of 2 pharmacist available, stating the manager had just left and she would leave a note for him for me in the morning. I believe she is racist and has hatred in her heart because she judged me out to be as an intolerable human, she labeled me as rude because she wasn't able to answer any of my questions. Catherines lack of intellect made her retaliate essentially with discrimination in its purest form! Catherine had not asked me to leave, she didn't say anything to me about me being rude, she didn't tell me to calm down, because I wasn't being loud I wasn't being vulgar and I wasn't being disrespectful. I was discriminated against because the color of my skin and because I take my mental health seriously enough to to ask clarifying questions twice. She will equivalently be sued for discrimination alone in this instance. She didn't answer any of my questions! every single employee that's worked at that store for the last 10 years will vouch for me as far as knowing I'm not rude or disrespectful. I shop at this location quite literally on a daily basis and I'm friendly with all employees. I'm not out here trying to bring people down but in the attempt to lift myself up I get discriminated against for needing a specific brand of medication. I simply explained to Catherine that I couldn't continue taking this brand because specific issues so I've had a discussion with both my doctor and the CVS pharmacist Katie within the same last week in regards to getting the specific brand of medication I needed ordered. She got so offended for me asking these clarifying questions so she put a note saying that I was rude and to refuse service to me. When I asked specifically in the recorded conversation what it was I said or did that seemed out of line,?Vladimir was unable to respond with any intellect unable to give an example of my rude behavior he simply stated that it's written on a note. I then pointed at Catherine and said she's the one who relate the message to you. Of course she stood back there really quiet had nothing to say she had no actual reasoning for treating me so judgmentally. That's the most racist treatment I've ever had from human beings and these are the people that are supposed to be handling the medication that keeps me alive. They're all getting reported to CVS corporate office and I'm getting my lawyer involved I will do everything I can humanely do to assure that these two individuals do not continue to disrespect majorly depressed individuals like myself, they are discriminating against us and being overly protective of their profits as opposed to their patients. The Cvs is in a 2-minute walking distance from my residence so it is more than convenient. Vladimir is racist as well as Catherine I feel completely discriminated against for the first time in my entire life because the way I was spoken to today Thursday February 20th 2025. I've got the voicemail saved that Vladimir left stating that he is going to cancel my prescriptions and then I need to go elsewhere because he absolutely refuses to order the medication his employee was able to order for me one week prior. In fact I have the voicemail from the other pharmacist Katie stating she has the option to order my medication through the specific manufacturer Rhodes pharmaceuticals. Vladimir and Catherine made me to feel as if I was less than dirt, having survived a suicide attempt a year prior for being treated similarly in the past, the discrimination only sparked my PTSD, severe anxiety and major depression! Vladimir punked me out of being able to fill my mental health meds because he couldn't sell me the cheapest brand that has had reoccurring issues.
