An absolute joke of a pharmacy where they don't know how to count your medications properly. GAVE ME 30 EXTRA OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. Jamal their pharmacist manager or tech doesn't matter is very disrespectful and unprofessional. Acted like a child for being held accountable for their mistake and can't communicate with other inter professionals pertaining the issue they caused. He declined my prescription for a whole other disorder/disease because of this mistake he made and then deleted that script because he was throwing a fit. By the way had to find this all out from my Primary doctor before hand. Instead of professionally handling the situation and problem solving he decided to hang up the phone, tell me he wasn't going to serve me anymore, and "Had other patients to attend to". CVS Corporate you definitely have a situation on your hands of very unprofessional healthcare staff lol. Gladly switched to another pharmacy.

Staff are clearly overworked. Prescriptions are often delayed or not available. I switched my medications to the Nebraska Medicine Pharmacy and I'm much happier.

I am very dissatisfied with the service I received. The staff member was more focused on getting to lunch than helping me, even though assisting me would not have impacted his lunch break. Instead of taking a few extra moments to help me get a better price on my prescription, I was rushed and dismissed. Being from out of the area I ended up having to pay a higher price due to time constraints Customers deserve to be treated with respect and care, not as an interruption.

My experience has been average for the past two years. I go in get my Rx that's ready and leave. But recently... I chose to start the process of getting my Rx delivered since I live several miles away. I set up delivery by phone and was told the delivery would begin in the next day or two. I then received a call back from the pharmacy and by policy could not use my HSA card which was on file to charge for the delivery fees. After some convincing, I have them another card to be used to pay for the Rx and delivery fee. When I got off the phone they had made me confident that again my deliveries would begin in day or two. Fast forward to several days later and I had not received any of my RX's in the mail. But per another call to 800 shop CVS for a non related issue my wife discovered that my Rxs were still waiting to be picked up at the local store. They had done nothing to communicate any subsequent problems doing the delivery. I found out through insurance that I should set up my Rx delivery via mail order through CVS Caremark. That process was very easy and the phone customer assistant was very helpful. I would absolutely recommend using CVS Caremark instead of the store delivery options. That was a HUGE fail!

My experiences with Charles were similar to other posts. He told me he didn’t like problem customers and he was transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy. When I wouldn’t tell him which pharmacy to transferred them, he told me they would be transferred to the closest CVS.
