I’ve been going to this pharmacy for a long time, and the staff knows me by name and knows exactly what medications I take. That level of care and familiarity means so much to me. I never feel like just another customer — they genuinely care, and it shows every time I’m there.

The staff here is literally so inefficient. They make you “check in” on a tablet and you wait 15+ minutes just to pick up a simple prescription. It’s seriously so ridiculously slow how this place is.

I wish I could give no stars. This isn't the pharmacy issue but a corporate one. Staff accordingly. You closed down the stand-alone I used to frequent and this place i can't get meds the same day I need them. This is not ok.

Husband went to reill his life saving medication and was told no insurance was on file. He has not changed insurance company. When reached out to CVS was told the information was lost. So this company has insurance information being removed without permission from the customer. The security breach in your system is concerning

Wish I could give zero stars. Staff are not polite, they are randomly closed "due to staff shortages", and none of their systems are ever integrated with apps. It takes forever to get anything done at this location.
