Don't buy Amazon gift cards here. Both of the 2 $50 cards we purched were used by the time we tried to redeem them. The manager was able to get us copies of the original receipts which we sent to Amazon customer service and Amazon credited my account for them. My thanks to the manager for working on getting us copies of the receipt. Amazon will not reimburse without the original receipt showing activation of the card Thanks CVS.

The other pharmacies in CB are not helpful and very hard to deal with so switched to CVS. My insurance through United healthcare is always changing things to opt out of doing their job. Spoke with Julie at CVS and she took the time to help me get it figured out. Outstanding customer service from her. The experience was excellent. CVS really has dedicated pharmacist there. I hope CVS appreciates the level of service she is providing. A+++

Walked in to pick up prescriptions at 1:27 and the window was closing. Asked if I could please get the prescriptions before they left as I am from out of town and was picking them up for my grandmother. I understand that they get lunch break but it was not 1:30 on my clock or theirs as I looked up on the clock on the wall and the woman was very rude about it and told me It was against company policy to get them for me until they got back... horrible customer service

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever seen. Big mix up with my prescription and I was attempting to explain the problem to the tech. Doctors, insurance, pharmacy, trying to get it ironed out. Tech on the phone was as rude and combative as I have encountered. She hung up on me twice. Very unprofessional and rude behavior. I have pulled my business and would not recommend this business to anyone. I would recommend you vacate your building and let someone who is actually interested in running a business occupy it.
