Vanessa at CVS really came through for me. I’m not someone who knows makeup at all, and honestly I walked in a little lost. She didn’t rush me or make me feel dumb about it either — she actually took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find exactly what I needed. What stood out was how patient and straightforward she was. No upselling, no confusion, just clear help that made sense. She found products that were simple, easy to use, and actually fit what I was trying to do. If you’re someone who doesn’t know much about makeup and don’t want to feel overwhelmed, Vanessa is the person you want to run into. Solid service, made the whole experience way easier than it should’ve been.

Was called to get my prescriptions, arrived and there was some problem with insurance, they told me it will take sometime to get ready and I can “wait” in the line again until they are ready, so had to wait more than 10 minutes standing after a long day at work where they could have let me sit on a chair and wait untill my order is ready, I think this behaviour is just disrespectful for customers especially its a pharmacy when most of the customers are sick patients who need to fill in their medications. Other thing is that one of the medications was expensive and when I asked if that could be taken off, they said yeah but it will take sometime and I have to wait again, complete non sense, last time trying this pharmacy

It is a large chain retail pharmacy, the pharmacists and technicians are doing everything they can to provide quality care while ensuring that they comply with state and federal regulations. No pharmacist wants to deny a patient their medication and it is their job to be the most informed person on drugs and drug interactions. They are trying to balance good customer service, managing lines, regulatory compliance, and filling medication. They cannot afford to make a mistake as mistakes in pharmacies are life or death. I have a lot of respect for the staff. Many of the complaints I see are not necessarily the staff's fault. I have found the pharmacists to be incredibly friendly, patient, and knowligible. They are trying to everything they can and they deserve to be recognised.

This was the first time we were using the CVS Health Benefit from our insurance company. We didn't have a clue where to even start. They were so polite and treated us with respect. They explained how to use our CVS points on the next purchase and showed us where to look for the stickers that went with our card. We were so impressed with CVS I wish you could move one in closer to me... but it was well worth the 100 mile trip there and 100 miles back home for the way we were treated and the courteous staff we dealt with. Thank you CVS !!

Whatever you do, do NOT seek healthcare at this minute clinic. The provider, a nurse practitioner, was incredibly incompetent. She couldn’t perform a simple blood draw and then attempted to blame me for being unable to do so. She stated “It’s in the vein but no blood is coming out.” Then you either aren’t in the vein or you aren’t doing it correctly! Then she informed me I was going to be charged $143 for “individual medication counseling and BMI documentation”. Charges for services that never happened. You can’t offer a service if you don’t have a provider who is competent enough to perform it! Now I get to waste my time arguing with billing to reduce charges for services that never happened. A visit fee is understandable, but $143 for failing to complete what I was being seen for is absurd.
