I actually needed to update my review this year this branch has changed so much, I only have good things to say. At least for me and when I have been there , they all have been so helpful and very fast service. I would say if you need your medication quick just go in and don't wait for the drive through it is much faster and you get to see everything they have. I love that they are open 24/7 the only place open when an emergency need comes up for pharmacy and medication.

Most pharmacy have gone downhill over the past few years but this one is hands down is the worst. I of all people completely understand how hard it must be with the job itself, being under staffed and overflow of orders. But for the customer service to be horrible is absolutely ridiculous. The lady with red hair was so rude, she didn’t want to do her job. First she told us the medication would be 15 more minutes. So we waited.. went back for it to not be in stock- that she “ forgot to check” until after we left. So why did she not call to advise us? Second she couldn’t care less to explain to us about what the medications was for my poor sick 86 year old mom. When i walked up to the counter she was talking bad about a different customer and even went as far as telling the pharmacist a medication would be ready 1 hr after he said 45 minutes. Crazy how miserable life can be.

If they know a customers prescription isn’t ready why did they stop asking people to go back in the line in drive thru or wait 20 minutes when it’s ready? And even when you waited for 13-20 hours for a prescription to get filled,if you go inside they say come back in 20 minutes. When you come back it’s another 20 minutes. Excuse was they’re short staffed? But had 3-4 people working at the same time when there used to literally be only 1 person and the lines went faster.

It really isn't the staff's fault. The pharmacist and techs are friendly and capable, there just are not nearly enough of them. Prescriptions take forever to fill, pickup lines are sometimes 45 minutes long. Just another example of a nationwide company cutting corners at the expense of everyone but the shareholder

We switched all of our prescriptions to CVS this year because it is 24 hours but it has been incredibly frustrating. From the time my doc sent in my order until it was ready was nearly 5 hours. Now I have a sick kid in need of an antibiotic and hours after it is sent in, we are told sorry haven’t looked at it yet. Come back in an hour. I get being understaffed but come on. What’s the plan? This cannot just be the way we do things now.
