The pharmacy is okay. I have not had problems getting prescriptions filled, and they're processed reasonably fast. I use the drive up window, and the staff are cordial and provide fair service. I mainly have 2 problems. I'm always notified of various vaccines. I've already indicated that I never want to be notified of any new or needed vaccines. I also get autorenewals of prescriptions and notifications thereof. I've already indicated that I don't ever want prescriptions auto renewed, instead I'll contact pharmacy when ready for a renewal. Nevertheless, I still get autorenewals and constant notifications. I'm not sure why this pharmacy is unable to follow notification and renewal directions. If there were a place to note such things in the computer, then bold and underline and add 100 exclamation marks, maybe someday they'd follow directions.

had a very disappointing experience at this CVS location today. My family and I were shopping and purchased several items, including Eucerin creams, but the treatment we received from the supervisor was unacceptable. The restrooms were locked, and when we asked to use them, the supervisor was extremely rude, claiming they were closed based on her personal preference rather than any official policy. Despite us being paying customers, her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. It is frustrating to be treated this way, especially when you are supporting the business. I hope management looks into the staff’s behavior at this branch, as this level of service is not what I expect from CVS

My visit on November 2, 2025, around 3:00 PM, was unacceptable due to pharmacist Jolynne (white lady with glasses). She was extremely rude, dismissive, and clearly unhelpful. Her behavior confirmed a pattern of poor treatment that previously forced me to change my pharmacy pickup location to a much farther store just to avoid her. I strongly believe her conduct is rooted in racial bias and is completely unacceptable for a healthcare professional. Management must investigate Ms. Jolynne immediately.

I had an wonderful experience at the CVS on Beach Blvd and Orange. Wanted to thank Marco for taking his time and helping me out looking for the products I needed. He was very helpful and Very professional. My visit was on 1-18-26

Very unfriendly to patient who needs pick up prescription during lunch hour. I saw there were few staffs left at once. If I have choice i will never come back here. For customer consideration CVS should review their staff rotation meet for customer needs.
